This trend is continuing and it is proving to be successful As per the report of Upwork and survey done 10% people believe that Virtual employment or remote option should not be continued. The reasons they portrayed was Offline working and meeting with 360 degree angle in office space is more result driven and successful. According to report many organization like tcs, Accenture, wipro for some vertical have announced permanent work from home and for mazor vertical have sfift to Hybrid model As per the current scenario major companies specially mid sized and large sized, product base and mnbcs are adopting “ Hybrid model” to streamline benefits from model “ Remote wor” and “ Work from office”. This model is becoming successful as it is driving positive out come of both model be it, “Cost reduction”, “ Work life balance or “ Work culture”, “ Team work”
